Helief provides professional home physiotherapy services through licensed and qualified physiotherapists. Services include assessment, treatment, rehabilitation, mobility training, pain management, post-operative rehabilitation, neurological rehabilitation, sports injury rehabilitation, geriatric physiotherapy, and other physiotherapy services offered by Helief.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to independently book our services.

Bookings made on behalf of minors or dependent patients must be completed by a parent, legal guardian, or authorized caregiver.

3. Booking Appointments

Appointments are confirmed based on therapist availability.

Helief reserves the right to:

• Reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances.
• Assign a different qualified physiotherapist where necessary.
• Decline appointments outside our service coverage or professional scope.

4. Patient Responsibilities

Patients agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete medical information.
• Inform the therapist about any change in health condition.
• Provide a safe and hygienic environment for treatment.
• Treat Helief staff with courtesy and respect.
• Follow prescribed rehabilitation exercises and treatment recommendations.

Failure to disclose relevant medical information may affect treatment outcomes.

5. Scope of Treatment

Physiotherapy aims to improve movement, reduce pain, restore function, and enhance quality of life.

Treatment outcomes vary depending on individual health conditions, patient participation, medical history, and adherence to prescribed rehabilitation programs.

Helief does not guarantee specific treatment results.

6. Emergency Situations

Helief does not provide emergency medical care.

If you experience severe chest pain, stroke symptoms, breathing difficulties, excessive bleeding, unconsciousness, or any life-threatening medical emergency, immediately contact your local emergency services or visit the nearest hospital.

7. Fees and Payments

Service charges are communicated before appointment confirmation.

Additional charges may apply for:

• Extended treatment duration.
• Travel beyond standard service areas.
• Special equipment requirements.
• Additional requested services.

Applicable taxes will be charged in accordance with Indian law.

8. Cancellations and Refunds

All cancellations and refunds are governed by Helief's Refund & Cancellation Policy.

9. Intellectual Property

All content available on the Helief website, including logos, graphics, icons, designs, text, software, and other materials, is the exclusive property of Helief unless otherwise stated.

Unauthorized copying, reproduction, modification, or distribution is prohibited.

10. User Conduct

Users shall not:

• Abuse, threaten, or harass Helief staff.
• Provide false information.
• Attempt unauthorized access to Helief systems.
• Introduce malware or malicious software.
• Use the platform for unlawful activities.

Violation of these Terms may result in suspension or termination of services.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Helief shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services.

Helief's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the patient for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

12. Service Availability

While we strive to provide uninterrupted services, availability may be affected by weather conditions, therapist availability, transportation delays, technical issues, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts having jurisdiction over Helief's principal place of business.
